Mango and Matcha Latte Recipe for Tea Drinkers
The warmer weather means sunny afternoons and summer fruits… What better way to enjoy both than with this delicious milky mango and matcha latté? Matcha is an amazing source of antioxidants, as it’s made by grinding the entire camellia sinensis leaf, and then dissolving that powder in water. This Mango and Matcha Latte Recipe for tea drinkers means you’re consuming the entire plant, rather than only extracting some of the benefits and discarding the leaves the way you do when you brew other tea leaves. It’s also fairly high in caffeine content, which makes it a wonderful, healthy alternative to coffee.
As we head into the warmer months, we’ve been experimenting and finding ways to enjoy traditional teas in fun, flavour filled ways with summer twists. First off the list is this easy to make, vibrant and absolutely delicious mango matcha latte. If you’re looking for something that’s low on the prep scale but high on the wow scale to whip up for guests, then this little baby is it! You can watch how to make it on our Instagram page.
